SIM Card Questions...

Kryptic BladeZz

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and a Samsung Galaxy S7 here. They're both on the same carrier and both have the same size sim card. However, when I try to swap the sim cards, both phones won't make calls or texts. Will I need to call my carrier? (U.S Cellular)
