i dont know if my motherboard is going to be competable with a graph. card

i am the owner of a acer aspire x3990 witch has a X3990-MR21p motherboard.

and i was wondering if my motherboard would be compatible with a 

Sapphire RADEON HD 5450

doesnt the motherboard have 

PCIE Express 2.0 x16

and the graph card

PCI Express 2.0 x16

will that still work?

I'm fairly certain the integrated graphics of the CPU are better than that GPU.

yes, it has a pcie slot so it will work with that gpu, but that is a pretty bad gpu

The spec sheet mentions it does come with low-profile backet which will fit, it's just not in the picture.
