Why do you guys think that some people are still referring to PS4 and Xbox One as "Next Gen" when they have been out for 2+ years?

because that was the main marketting term when they released the consoles. please people, refer to them as 8th Gen

I think it's very telling. The reason people are still calling them "next gen" is because they still consider the 360 and PS3 current and haven't bothered upgrading.
