How to make F@H hit my GPU harder?

I'm folding right now on my 7950, and I'm getting irritated since (while 120K PPD isn't that bad), it's only using about 1/3rd of the total power it has at its disposal. I've looked around, and I can't figure out how to make it hit harder.

 

So if anyone here can help me out, that would be amazing.

What do you mean "only using 1/3 of the total power"? Are you refering to that "power" %?

Nope. I mean in terms of processing power. My GPU utilization hovers around 27-30% at all times, even though F@H is set to full. And CPU folding is off entirely, since that halves THAT number even.

I honestly have no idea as to what's going on... is this a recent problem, or has it always been like that?

So if you turn CPU folding on the GPU utilization goes down by half? Sounds to me like the CPU may be at fault perhaps?

That makes Little to no sense imo.

120k sounds like the 7950 is maxed out. My GTX770 does only 110k.

What Software are you using to Monitor your usage?

It's always.

Other way around. With CPU folding its at about half. And with just GPU my CPU sits at about 10% use, which is close to idle for my system.

Afterburner like always, but I closed it and pulled up GPU-Z and it was saying the exact same thing as AB: 900MHz core (pstate 3), 1250 mem, and 33% usage.
