USB Port Cannot Provide Enough Power

theereal

So I tried hooking up my speakers (small water speakers powered by USB) to my computer when I got a message popping up on my screen that the speakers required more power than the port could supply. I tried all the different ports (USB 3.0 & 2.0) and tried disconnecting everything else from the computer except the speakers. Still kept getting the same message, any Ideas?
My PSU Is an EVGA SuperNOVA G2 850 and my MOBO Is a Z97S Krait Edition.

whats the wattage rating of the speaker? or the input Amp required? (normally written 5v 2A for example)

a normal pc usb port can support 5v 0.5A~1A, though some can go higher

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
