Is there pretty much no difference between the e3 1231 v3 and the e3 1241 v3

The 1241 outperforms the 1231 but not by much and it seems like the price difference makes the 1231 worth more, performance for cost wise.

100 mhz higher base and boost clock is the only difference in intel ARK

Since you don't overclock, I say yes as long as you have a motherboard that supports it and a GPU since it doesn't have integrated.
