Something wrong with quotes when replying

When I try to quote someone in 

It makes an empty quote from @vinyldash303 (regardless of who I'm trying to quote). It does not automatically scroll to the reply box, and when I try to delete it, the backspace button functions as the "back" button on the web browser. This only happens in that thread (I've tested 5, 4 from different subforums and 1 other in the off topic subforum). It started last night. My computer has been off since then, the problem is continuing this morning.
