Best monitor for 150?

Looking for a monitor for my new build I'm building soon, so wanted to ask if anyone can recommend the best monitor you can get for 150$? Also I dont care if its used or refurbished or even if you are selling it, just let me know. Thanks

How about this. My friend has this and it looks amazing with the extremely small bezels.
