Good NAS software I can set up software raid

I'm trying to find a good NAS software that I can set up a software raid for since my motherboard doesn't support hardware raid

heres my build it has 2 1tb toshiba hard drives and a AMD 5350 with a Asrock board and the only network connection I'm going to be able to have to the machine is wifi

also I am going to run the machine with the case closed I'm only running the cd drive outside of the machine to try and install free nas to a spare flash drive

For some reason I can't get free nas to even boot off the installation disk and I do know the machine does boot from windows when I did test install

how did you install the iso on to the thumbdrive,

some programs dont transfer data correctly , making it unable to boot.

I used UNraid. It was really easy to setup through a thumb drive.

I personally use Linux server. It works well as a NAS and software RAID is really easy to setup. Plus you can try different things out on it whilst you have it.
