Gmail name problem

Hi LTT!

 

My son was recently doing some monkey business around youtube, where my account is signed in and now instead of my name i see a weird nickname. I went to settings, changed the name, saw that my youtube name has changed, but when someone receives an e-mail from me, they see the nickname instead of my name. What did i do wrong ?

did you clear the nickname in your google?

The nickname was blank but i somehow managed to change it, i messed with some deep google plus settings and that got it fixed, thank you anyway :)
