[Mobile] Quotes and spoilers are kinda broken

I noticed that some spoilers and quotes have an unnessecary border.

I was trying to fix something completely unrelated, and it managed to cause that issue. When the site goes down for maintenance, it's not just for fun - we do actually change things.

Anyway, don't you love it when you fix something and it breaks something else? Reminds me of trying to get all of the ranges on my simpson multimeter to agree with each other
