My poor rig has an i5 750 running at 3.8Ghz, and a Sapphire Radeon 5750... with 512MB of RAM...

I do a lot of film and motion graphics work, be it for school, a friend or just for fun. My CPU is still fine, but I have pretty much given up trying to game on the thing. Having a Fury X in the rig would

A) Make video production a lot faster and smoother and less of a pain in the ass (yay for Open Cl)

B) Mean I could actually play remotely modern games.

Speaking of which, that's my rig in my signature ↓

960 here. 2GB cards to boot. But then again, I mostly fold on them rather than game.

That's good enough to get me a Fury X no? :D

Hey! This is amazing, thank you for this opportunity!

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 810 @ 2.6GHz

GPU: ATI Radeon HD3200 Integrated

I'd needneed to get a more powerful PSU to use the card. I plan on building a new computer at some point in the (hopefully) near future, and winning this GPU would put me so much closer to being able to finish the build. I've wanted a competent gaming computer for a while now, but money has (obviously) been the biggest limiting factor.

EDIT: I saw you added 2 additional parts to the giveaway, you're awesome man! I would like to try and win the SSD. My desktop has a 1TB HDD which isn't terrible, it's just slow as balls. I would use the SSD as a boot drive and load my most frequently used programs onto it and keep the 1TB drive I have now as additional mass storage.

Thank you again and good luck to everyone else!

i7 4770 running on some nvidia 610 or something like that, my dad is a sucker for "i7" intel marketing.  Wish he had consulted me about it before he bought it.

currently running a HD 7750... can play things like rl, but would be amazing to be able to run vr or newer AAA titles, honestly dude, even if I don't win, this is seriously kind of you to do, with no apparent gain for you out of this other than the happiness of someone like me! The world needs more kind people like you :-)

GT635 (OEM)

8gb ddr3 ram

samsung 850evo 250gb ssd

hitatchi 1TB 7500rpm hdd

650watt PSU

I would use the GPU for gaming and content creation as my current GPU is, if you can't notice, a potato with a PCI connector

BTW if I win, you will be my savior. Your amazing dude! Cheers!

I sold my Old Rig.

Now I'm playing games on INTEGRATED GRAPHICS.

I'll probably be playing on that for quite a while unless my financial situation turns for the better.

There are always more unfortunate people out there so maybe you should give it to them. It's hard for me to claim I'm so broke that I'm dying.

Probably the biggest benefit is I wouldn't ever pick up a Nvidia GPU after this again if I win

Good luck.

Thanks

I have a Q8300 (Core2Quad) which has seen better days running with a GT610 (basically all that does is gives a few more video outputs, I'm pretty sure it does no graphical processing of any worth), 4gb ram, 2 HDDS (500+250).
I'm going to uni this September and would love a rig to take with me for my first intro to lan's. I've done some modding to system but the next thing that really needs some attention is that graphics card (although really I wouldn't call it one :P)
This is immensely kind of you and I'm really surprised to see someone do this in the community so good on you! You're the kind of person who makes the internet worthwhile!
Good luck to all who enter,

I currently have a GTX 770 that has certainly seen better days, and the CPU I have is an i5 4570.

I would love the Fury X because I have never had the chance to try out an AMD card, besides the HD 6670 a few years back. Team Red seems pretty cool!

I don't need this, I just would really love it. But there are plenty more people here that deserve this over me.
