What is the best build for $850 CAD? I will be gaming and streaming. I will be playing at 1080p. I dont need to include a monitor or peripherals. Thanks!

if you're using cpu encoding, your cpu might not be able to handle it depending on what games you play

 

either get an i7 or get nvidia card and use shadowplay `-`
