HTPC CPU + GPU Recommendations

I'm considering designing a HTPC that is capable of supporting 4k and 3d movies. Assuming hardware acceleration is present, how "high end" of a CPU and GPU would be necessary for raw media playback?

people have used a variety of cards for displaying 4k so i guess choose your pick (NO GAMING)

NVIDIA Quadro K420

As for CPU, the pentium g3258 anniversary will suffice, and while  4K may migrate to h.265 over the next few years, its still okay for the pentium to handle

An i3 and a GTX 950 should be able to run UHD @ 60Hz comfortably.
