Is PM'ing to Windspeed that hard? Besides, admins don't want people changing their names all the time. Or requesting that.

Here's what I've got in mind : there's the 'Account settings' option under the <display_name here> menu on the top right, which has got stuff like signatures, etc. Why not add a new page 'Request Display name changes', where there is a simple form.

Nothing to see here ;)
