[Android] Music Player that would work with Gingerbread

Hey there,

It's been a while LTT...

So... I've got my hands on my old LG L3 E400R that runs Android 2.3.6 and I started working on turning it into my dedicated music player...

Now, I need a music player that would work with Gingerbread, and so far I've tried Meridian, Poweramp, VLC, MXPlayer, and Rocket Player... and they all failed...

The Google option is not available since the system memory on this thing is a measly 128MB and just the services would eat that up...

Please link me an apk direct download that is not Google Play if possible...

Thanks in advance...

Here's an obscure Chinese music player that will do the job. It's under 1MB.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

Downloaded and installed... This one keeps crashing whenever I try to change something in the settings, thus making it no better than the stock music player...

Did you try factory resetting the phone?

Actually that's not your phone's fault, it crashes even on Lollipop

Tried it... not that different from stock aside from the nicer UI...

For now, I'm stopping my search because the microSD card that I have on the thing is broken... physically...
