It's very slightly but as long as it doesn't leak (which it looks like it wont) it will make no noticeable difference to cooling.

It should be fine,

The thicker straight "pipes" are actually what hold the coolant.

No it's not damaged. It's just one fin. It basically used for cooling, fans pull air though the fins and cool the liquid inside of the radiator.

No it's absolutely fine. The thin horizontal tubes are what actually carry the coolant so as long as that's not punctured, which it doesn't seem like it, then it's fine.
