Not huge case that will hold 2 360 rads?

warmmilk

I have a buyer lined up for my current PC and I'm trying to figure out what case I wanna get for my next build.

I don't want a giant case, so that pretty much counts out Caselabs.  Budget isn't really an issue, if there's a case I like, I'm willing to pay for it.

Anybody have any suggestions for me?

Thanks

He technically wants a mid tower that can hold 2 360 rads, which is not possible.

A 900d is possibly one of the biggest cases out there and easily holds 2x 360 rads without modding :D

it doesn't have to be a mid tower, it can be a smaller size full tower, just not a giant size full tower like the 900D

900d but you might need to mod it out a bit

that would be what I consider huge in my book.  If it comes to that, I'd rather get something from CaseLabs.

Air 540 will hold a 280mm and a 360mm. Arc Midi R2 holds a 240mm and a 360mm.

an Air 540 will hold a 280 OR a 360, it can do 240 and a 360 is the 360 is a slim rad.

Will the Arc Midi R2 hold a 360 in the roof?  I thought the spacing for the last 120 slot (the one above the optical drive cages) was off for a 360 rad mount?  can anyone confirm this?

a small or medium sized case that holds 2 360 rads?  well that's unlikely most mid tower cases don't even hold 1 360 never mind 2.

why do you want a small case? looks? mobility?

if its just looks find case you like and use a http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/Watercool-MO-RA-3-360-LC-Radiator-Black--22096-pid-17970.html.

yeah, thats what I kinda came to realize when looking for a case... I came here to ask maybe if there's something I missed or something I haven't heard of.

Mainly looks I guess,  I don't really have a reason, just don't want a huge case.

I briefly considered mounting the MO-RA-3 on the side of the case... but I don't really want that.

Right now I'm leaning toward the Arc Midi R2 or maybe the Arc XL (I know the Arc XL is kinda big, but its not huge like the 900D is), just trying to see if maybe someone on here can suggest something that I may like better.  I even considered the Arc Mini, but I other than Asus, nobody make a midrange or better M-ATX mobo, just low end stuff.  And I don't want an Asus again.

currently there is not a mass-produced case willing to hold 2x 360 radiators.

the CaseLabs SM8 is about your speed for that. and its 22"x 22'x 11' with is smaller

than the proposed 750D and and a tick larger than the switch 810.

I didn't realize the SM8 was that small (relatively speaking)...  there's just so much room inside I just assumed its huge...

Thanks, this is prolly the case I'll be going with.

edit:

just discovered the SM5 on the CaseLabs website, don't know how I missed it before, but its pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.

damn it!  and I got all excited...

I'm only gonna run 1 card, so the mATX isn't an issue, its finding a decent mATX board that I like (don't want Asus again and don't want GigaByte's green board)

well then you are not gunna like the ASRock or MSI either.. haven't run a BioStar or ESC.

your options are going to be very, very slim..

yeah, I think I'll just go with the SM8

NZXT H630 Will hold a thin 360 and a thick one

the size of a CaseLabs case but less versatile and the usb port and on off switch is on the wrong side for me...
