How would this be for a watercooling setup.

Well i was looking into making a custom loop for my first build in the Corsair 750D and i wanted to hear what you guys think of the components that i picked.

That's about it! i'm still not sure if the clear cpu and gpu waterblock would fit my build though..It might look more "elegant" if i just did a regular non-see through waterblocks.

You might want to look into the size of that reservoir, not sure how you intend on mounting it, but I have the exact same one in an 800d mounted to the right of the motherboard and it just barely has enough clearance to run tubing properly. Not sure how well that would work out with your smaller case.

Will a 360 + 240 fit in ok? Im just not familiar with the case. The rest looks good. interesting that no GPU is listed but a 9970 Waterblock is.

It is, I have the 9970 listed in there it's just under "other"

So it is... $600 eh, I hope you're right.

Amd does very competitive pricing on their graphics cards. So  i wouldn't doubt $600 as a  good price point.
