so as you can see there is some serious screen tear why doe? ;-;

btw sorry for the breathing, i was recording on my ipad so i had to move it back (like right up to my face xd) and my chair wheels don’t work that well on carpet :/ so :P

any help is appreciated, specs are in the desc. the monitor is a 60hz 1920x1080 acer monitor no sure which exactly sorry
