hi guys

i just recently installed virtual box on my laptop.it works a little bit well but the problem is i cannot install an operating system of 64 bit..it only gives me 32 bit option.

i have done research and i have been told there is something i need to change in the BIOS,but again i cant access my BIOS because it requires a password an i think i dont know the password because i cant remember setting it up in the first place..

i think it is kind of default password i believe.My question is can i find the default password?

i am using lenovo g50 series

Do you have a 64bit operating system installed?

yes  my operating system is 64bit

Virtualbox probably installed in 32 bit mode. Reinstall it and make sure to check any boxes that add 64 bit support.

My native language is C++

I did the same thing and missed the check box for 64bit
