Posted June 3, 2016 I would like to point out that this test is inconsistent as my gtx 780ti can score from 7.0 to 7.4 WITH THE SAME CLOCK SPEEDS. this isn't the thermal boost as my card sits at about 60 c and boosts to 1200mhz by itself and my cpu is not throttling ether; thus I draw the conclusion that yet again valve have failed to make a consistent and reliable source of benchmark results. ( no its not ram or cpu, my ram is at 1680mhz cl8 and cpu is at 4.6ghz ) it actually scores better when its not overclocked, overclocking my card yields a lower score of 6.9 to 7.2 when overlocked by +124 MHz core and + 300 MHz ram I would also like to point out that the majority of people who watch your videos especially ones like this one, are from ether us, uk or Germany meaning that you're testing the 9.4%. of people who passed as the majority of people who fail these tests will be Russians or Scandinavians who don't need a powerful computer because they play low tier games such as bf3 and cs go. one more thing, all these people running insane overclocks on amd cards like some of the r9 290x that get 8.4, the test only runs for like 3 mins and doesn't stress an extreme overclock enough to breaking point, I know this because in my testing I found overclocks that I know to be unstable like +175mhz core and +500 mem stuck and allowed me to get some strange results. my fps also sticks around 130ish meaning there is a 40 fps delta from target frame, meaning that its not ramping up to what it should be. if you wish me to elaborate on this I'm only a few clicks away.
