DoubleJointhealthtips for exercising? (and general lifestyle)

So im doublejointed (hypermobile) in my shoulders and hands, plus partially doublejointed in my elbows.

 

How can i make these areas stronger?

When i do these exercises i notice problems.

  • I can't do pushups, my shoulder blades intersect and shit, and my shoulders occasionally pop. 
  • Pull ups, (palm away from body), my hands/wrist area pops, sometimes,  Chinups are fine.
  • I can't throw balls to hard, shoulders pop,
  • sideways plank things that you do on one arm, to much stress on shoulder,
  • Overhead triceps, left elbow joint, my right one is mostly fine.
  • thiers some more, i can't remeber off the top of my head.
  • i can't touch my toes, i can probbly stretch that out. 

Im not "weak" ethier, 5 10' 145pounds, low fat estimate 11-12%

 

 

any words of wisdom?
