USB Port soldered on the inside of a PCI USB Card?

Turismo98

Okay so I got this PCI USB Card for free from a scrap yard, and oddly enough it had a USB Port soldered on it on the inside, so I was wondering what's this port for?

Actually pretty useful.  USB receiver for Keyboard, headset, etc.

Pretty sure it's for something that won't be removed often, like a USB Bluetooth or wireless adapter or some flash drive.

Yeah, basically just an extra port for anything small you're not planning on removing or swapping out a lot. Actually pretty handy if you're limited on outside ports, which is most likely the case if you're already buying an expansion card.
