I have a seagate 2TB Solid State Hybrid Drive. How do I load my OS onto the Solid State?

if you already have windows installed on the 2tb seagate your can clone it to the ssd or reinstall windows onto the ssd

the Seagate SSHD drives use the Flash as a Cache you can't acces it or install things to it.

The "ssd" portion of the SSHD is mainly a cache drive if i am not mistaken, and the OS or program that gets used the most will be stored onto that portion.
