Tagging change

LogicalDrm

We have too many members with either hard names to remember or type. Can tagging be optimized so that it would suggest first users who have replied to thread in question and then others? I had to write one members whole username to get right tag done.

Well if they are in the same thread as me, I would just quote them. Would rather have tagging optimized to people who are on your followers list/whose followers list you are on (AKA: the people who were on your friends list before), because more often than not I tag people who I know.

And just like that we all have different opinions on this I guess

Since quoting doesn't really work on mobile, I tend to use tagging there. I also tend to tag people if I'm not speaking of their content as specific thing. As for other point. Maybe add that too as prior search method when tagging. I don't really use follow fuction at all and my followers are mostly random people.

Oh I see, I don't use mobile so wouldn't know tagging was rip there.

Maybe just two lists of suggested people would work better (so you have a list, next to the list that exists already) so you are more likely to see the person you want to tag in there
