CPU Overclock problem maybe?

WeeMan85

I am new to overlooking and have been running an i5-3750k @ 4.5ghz /1.4v for I while but all of a sudden my pc will post at as soon as it reaches OS boot it powers off completely then when I start it again it works fine, is this a software or potential Overclock profile problem or something else,  any help would be great..

I loled (autocorrect I'm guessing)

I wouldn't be too surprised if it's degrading from a bit too high a voltage, try reducing the voltage to 1.35 or something (at whatever clockspeed nessesary). but there's also a chance you're applying too little voltage for that core clock so it's not completely stable.
