GPU stress testing programs?

IMPERIUS

Hi,

I overclocked my gpu (r9 280) quite a fair bit but gta 5 did not like it at all, it artifacted if I put an even +50mhz oc on the core. Is gta 5 like know to not like r9 200 series overclocked gpus or is it just me?

Anyways, I did my stress testing on Valley, I'm going to download FurMark but I wanted to ask for any other programs that I'm forgetting. Which one would you pick?

Edit: I also have Heaven installed

Longboarders/ skaters message me!

Kombustor

MSI Kombustor is a graphics card (GPU) stress test utility and OpenGL benchmark, co-developed by MSI and Geeks3D teams.

Pretty much furmark, repackaged...

I use Firestrike from 3DMark because there is a lot of compatible data out there. Heaven is decent as well.

Regardless, if GTA5 doesn't like the r9 XXX series, it is clearly unstable and I personally wouldn't run at that OC...

don't bother with FurMark and any other tool made based on it

the drivers will auto-downclock the GPU when FurMark is ran
