What are some good large under $400 USD monitors?

just bought this 4k monitor  about a month ago and i like it the one i got is flawless from what i went looking at 4k screen it is  Acer B286HK   i did a review which i never ended up finishing but its on here . its not freesync or gsync just a plain 4k panel. also 28'' also

Have a friend that wants a large monitor with things like Amd freesync and 4k and what not. 


Basically just wants a large monitor....

I believe the AOC U2879VF(http://www.aocmonitorap.com/v2015/au/product_display.php?id=5155) is around that much. only 28" though.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 > 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

I don't know personally. but the newegg reviews are flawless (aside from the lack of a VESA mount) and at that kinda price nothing really seems to compare. apparently the panel itself is the same as a Samsung 4K Freesync panel which is generally found at a higher price.

AOC has made some pretty reliable monitors. If i had the money, i would invest in this monitor myself. Its 4k, and its a decent size! Especially for the price.
