ftp FTP Server Issue

I've just made an FTP Server on my main computer via Filezilla Server for home use.

The problem is that I can only access the server on the PC it's running of. No other device inside the LAN connection can access it.

I have no idea what might cause this issue.

 

UPDATE:

Status:    Connecting to 192.168.178.10:21...
Error:    Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:    Could not connect to server
Status:    Waiting to retry...
Status:    Connecting to 192.168.178.10:21...

Have you port forwarded it and made sure that port 21 is not being used?

This is most likely caused because it cannot connect to the address

Thank the lord Linus has made a video on NCIX about it. Try going through this and see what you have not done etc. Keep in mind this is old, old old old

I have not forwarded it, because I am only going to use it locally. But

Well if not, you are connecting via a port. remove the port in the port from site manager if you are using it from that.
