By sticking to the forum and getting along with people.That's how all people become mods. Stick with the forum, show you are a good community player, and some day you might be chosen for the job, tell then, just enjoy the awesome community of LTT bro. :) its great to have you aboard.

In all seriousness, we do need more mods or at least "Forum Assistants" (which have less power than a mod but more power than a average user) There's too many reposts, too much spam and too many questionable threads.
