Help!USB boot ASUS P4s8x-x

Please help me, I have a thumb drive with Linux on it and I want it to boot into the Linux setup and not windows XP. How do I do this? The Board is the ASUS P4S8X-X.Thank you for any reply.

I like to kill hardware. In 2016 alone I have killed 20 Xeon 5160, and 10+ Pentium 4.
