Looking for software to backup ssd raid to hdd

Rsync or bash scripts

How can I backup a 4 ssd raid (raid 0) to an hdd periodically at the end of my workday, I'm looking for a automatic way to do it.

My raid setup is a 1tb array, and my HDD is a WD Red 1tb. (The HDD is slightly larger than the raid array);

Rsync or bash scripts

~~~Hardware Designer at an undisclosed SSD manufacturer.~~~
Ask me anything about SSDs!
My computer SSD factory keeps power plants in business.
I'll use Rsync, I've tried to script something similar before in C, but things got kinda messy, and I just scrapped the whole thing.
ThanksxD
this is where linux's timed events come in handy, i doubt theres a way to do that in windows tho... (sadly)
i'll go look around real quick, i'll edit it in if i find something.
EDIT: well, that was easy: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/schedule-task#1TC=windows-7
