Good mic setup for $200 Canadian

What is a good mic setup for $200 Canadian including a boom arm, mic, pop filter, and interface. I'll be using this setup for gaming, talk shows, recording videos, and overlays Thanks!

At that price you're better off with a USB microphone. 

 

And do you want a boom "stand" or a scissor "arm?" I don't recall there being such thing as a boom arm. A boom stand typically stands on the floor, and a scissor arm attaches to your desk. A cheap boom stand is likely to be better than a cheap scissor arm because cheap scissor arms like Neewer tend to lose their hold after you adjust them a lot.
