running csgo full screen flickering

When i play csgo on my laptop (has a 540m) the screen flickers, like black bars are sliding down the screen very fast. This only happens on full screen and only happens when i use my 540m. the problem is solved when i use the integrated graphics. which would be fine if i could get over 60fps on integrated, which i cant. I NEED this to be fixed.

Hmm...bad screen.....try upgrading to windows 10

wut? i have windows 10. its not my screen. i run other games just fine
