Help Gigabyte z97x gaming g1 issue

I had upgrade my motherboard from Asus z87 pro to Gigabyte z97x gaming g1 about 8 months now (use with i7 4770k). At first the mobo work perfect without any issue after 6 months it still seem great, then one day I left for winter vacation for about a month after I get back mobo doesn't respond no led indicate even the day I left it still doing great. It dead some how without using for a month then I send back for repair after 2 weeks I get it back, mobo respond perfect.
I assemble and boot there is no problem except pci-e adapter it doesn' detect the third GPU (I think it may cause by PLX that doesn't have in asus mobo while I switch back during repair). I update windows then every fix ready to use. Something begin to happen after I try to play game. At first the game sudden quit some how after 10 min then I think it may software issue because i swap mobo. I re-install windows then I try again game still sudden quit and freeze. I try delete the game and re install it still happen. After I try again pc freeze I have to force restart. I try test benchmark, result is same as playing game. It sudden not respond sometime freeze sometime BSOD.

PC able to post boot, browse internet, daily use is fine, but doing thing intense it freak me out.
Playing game = freeze, not respond, sudden quit, BSOD
Heaven Benchmark 4.0 = freeze, not respond, BSOD
Aida64 = freeze, not respond, BSOD, warning; hardware fail detected! stop test with in 1-5 min

I send it back again for repair. this time quite fast i get it back after a week wonder do they fix anything. I assemble and try so far so good then open Heaven Benchmark 4.0......LOL not again!! still the same. I contact them and tell the problem they give me solution it doesn't fix.

If everything fix well with clean install software then BIOS i think. After repair mobo they install the latest version which protect from downgade. What I wonder is Bios because I cant downgrade. I use i7 4770k, the time brought the mobo i cant remember the bios version but i guess it is F7 according date release. While repairing i use the old asus z87 pro there is no problem ( Same Hardware )

Anyone have any idea about this Issue?

Thanks,

What is your GPU? It seems to be a GPU problem more than a MOBO one.

Also can you please set both font color and background to automatic? it hurts my eyes reading it in dark theme. Thanks

Planning on trying StarCitizen (Highly recommended)? STAR-NR5P-CJFR is my referal link

Thanks,

OC not stable, GPU problem, Hardware problem... who knows. Can you run Cinebench multiple times without issue. That is your main CPU intensive application that can maybe point to it being a GPU instead, you said the third GPU is acting funky... try removing that one and running just two and see what happens?

Sorry for background,

i using GTX 760 3 ways Sli enable. I had try 3 ways, 2 ways + 1 dedicate, single gpu. Result are same.

First i think it may cause by GPU or PCI-e, but then I try AIDA64 without stress GPU still get same issue.

When i get the mobo for the first time 3 ways sli + CPU OC work great without any issue. During i send this mobo back for repair i use asus z87 pro instead with the same GPU. I even try to swap 3 GPU, never get any issue like when i use gigabyte mobo.
