Depends on your definition of extreme cold. If you mean something like -10C, it'll be fine. If you mean -50C, you may encounter some minor problems.

depends how cold.

if its like below -80 C then no. but normal winter temp, yes

Think, people put their CPU's and GPU's in Liquid Nitrogen for cooling, they'll work, but not sure about everything else
