It will work on 2G, but not 3G since its missing the 1900Mhz band.

:/ Are you 100% sure on that? If so, I guess that's fine. Good enough for GPSing. :)

Yes, you can view AT&T's bands here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AT%26T_Mobility#Network

They are shutting down their 2G network in 2017 too, so its probably better to get a 3G/4G LTE phone if you want to use it more than 1 year.

This is what I found.

WCDMA:850/1900/2100MHz,GSM:850/900/1800/1900MHz.

If the specs are correct that one should work, but I would verify the specs with the manufacture or other sellers since Amazon is lazy about putting  the correct specs on phones(they copy and paste the specs 90% of the time).

That one doesn't support AT&T's 3G or 4G LTE, so it would be 2G only.

  • 4 months later...

It is pity that the phone only has 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, so I think the new released Bluboo Maya with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, Android 6.0, 13MP Sony camera can be definitely a better budget phone for us.
