DIY Single Slot GTX Titan Mod!

I would have cut away the hood around the wires and then coated the wires in a thick insulating malleable substance(caulk? a weave of electrical tape?), then just manually bent the port backwards.

Anything longer than a right-angle or short riser may cause EMI/timing issues.

Now do a mod where you mod a single slot expansion card to work without a slot (and without a PCI socket if possible ).

I think I once saw a board with solder points for an AGP card, but no actual slot.

I feel bad for that Titan.

As someone who is strugling with buying new GPU I can say that realy hurt me  

 

But on more serious note, I never expected it to work after that "surgery".
