Most PCs should have SSDs for better write and read speeds, its faster than HDDs since it doesn't have any of those rotating magnetic plates, and since the apacer as330 oanther is a dual interface SSD. you can just carry it around while keeping your data safe

An SSD is keeping my 7yo notebook at its prime and very much capable to satisfy my needs. It's a 120GB for dual boot and I'm running out of space, as some datasets for coursework (a topic of choice - Dota) have 60GB or more (1y of Dota stats)..

 

I'll make sure my next PC/ntb will have NVMe capabilities for future.

The 120gb I have is 99% full. And everyone should have an ssd as at one point storage WILL become a bottleneck

A large SSD would be a great upgrade for my laptop, and would let me store all of my project files on a fast enough drive, instead of the current 5400rpm disk. Everyone should have an SSD because HDD boot disks are for peasants.

I would like a new SSD so I can finally upgrade my laptop so that it can be used in the same hour that it is booted up! Everyone should boot from an SSD, countless seconds would be lost otherwise!

I've have been planning on building my first self-built PC these past few months and have been saving money for the components. I've already been playing around with different components on pcpartpicker and of course all of my builds include a boot ssd. The boot ssd that I have on all of my builds is a 250gb samsung evo 850 because it was the best deal I could find but if I can win this one it'd be the one I use to build my first self-built PC.

I desire to win this so that I can try to revive an old computer to be a dedicated host or use it as a boot drive for my current computer.

 

I think everyone should have an SSD for the performance and silence they bring.

I'm poor and want an ssd in my build. It saves a lot of time when transferring large files, and booting should be a breeze.

Why have an SSD? dem load times bruh, i needz zem. That's my entry, why ssd? faster load times than other forms of storage, and having one for the OS at the very least can speed up your system and increase performance. I have been stuck on HDDs my whole life and i want to know what it feels like to have speed.

SSDs are a must for anybody who wants a fast and reliable storage method. Just generally, they speed up the entire process of computing.

I'm looking for an SSD so I can get rid of my mechanical drives. Silence is the key. Everybody should strive towards silent computing with SSDs.

I am 17, and just building my first computer because well, my current "rig" if you can call it that is an HP pavilion slimline.... with an IGPU from when ATI was still ATI. let that sink in lol. My budget is basically non-existent, and LTT is basically what inspired me to go out and do it. I have no SSD nor HDD so winning this, especially through you guys would mean a lot to me. Either way, you guys are awesome for doing giveaways like this as often as you do :) so thanks!

One of these has more space than my dads pc all together, one of these would be a great upgrade to surprise him with.  Plus Banished will actually load in a decent time for him.

I think everyone should have a SSD because of the amazing speed boost it gives not on your system but your productivity.

Cause, ( like everyone else) I need it and I want it. Simple really. I would be extremely happy if I got one. 

 

Also, with all that sweet read/write speed my real-time simulations of my grand plan to invade Norway should finish in less than a week and that would allow me to focus on the task at hand.Consider yourselves warned.
