Gaming monitor for around 350USD

I have been looking for a gaming monitor and so far I know what I want, just not the brand or model.

Im thinking on this features:

-80hz+ refresh rate

-Around 3ms response time (doesnt have to be exactly 3, I can go up to 5)

-1920x1080 

-I would prefer it to be IPS or a good TN panel (going for the visual experience)

I think i can live without gsync or freesync (Still choosing my graphics card xD)

My budget is 350 USD

try the ASUS MX279 IPS around $250 i personally own the 23in model and its absolutely amazing. but then again its coming from a person that just recently went from a brick monitor to this one

Asus VG248QE. 1080p 144Hz 1ms response time and it's $250 on amazon :). I've got them and I love it. But warning, once you go 144Hz, you'll never want to go back to 60Hz...

Im considering both suggestions, just going to add what monitor im running on right now to have some perspective. Its a HP vs15 (768 × 1024).

i5 4690k

gigabyte z97x-ud3h-bk mother board

8gb hyperx fury ram

corsair rm 750

 

planning to get a 390 or a 970 (still deciding if i should buy now or wait for pascal and next amd gpu)
