What's the best tablet under $200 USD?

I currently have a iPad 3 and I am planning on to upgrade to a new tablet since t has been slow and laggy. What's the best choice for under $200? I will be web browsing, watching movies and videos, maybe gaming? What are my choices?

If you want Windows tablet(which i prefer)  go for Dell venue 8 pro and if you want android Go for Asus Zenpad 8.0, its a great tablet in Android ecosystem

This one is a pretty good one. It uses windows so if you have steam games you can play some of the less demanding ones on it. It's refurbished so it is a little cheaper than the brand new one.
