Is this build ok? kind of on a budget

Hey guys, I wanted to know if this build is alright for my ~650 budget.http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VKtPjX (My over all budget is about $1.1k USD but i wanted strictly $650 on parts and rest on a decent monitor/keyboard/ and mouse.)

Personally I'd go with bog standard keyboard thats comfortable.. I know mechanical is all the rage and it is nice but very much not required if it compromised the performance of the rest of the machine.

 

What kind of games will be played?

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

Mainly counter strike, BF4, GTA 5, hopefully Fall out 4 and LoL

Whole lot better, the R9 390 competes with and beats a GTX 970.
