Which 32" 1440P monitor for web development?

I'm looking to upgrade my current Dell U2515H monitor to something larger.

 

I've been eyeing BenQ BL3200PT and Philips BDM3270QP. The BenQ seems to have (had?) some problems with banding etc. Does anyone know if these problems have been resolved? Or would the Philips be a better bet?
