My Budget For A New Monitor Is Under 200 But I Found These 2 Monitors.

Is it Worth Saving Up Just A Little More For the 2nd Monitor Or Will The First 1 Be Just As Fine?

I would go with the BenQ monitor. I don't like the glossy plastic used on the Acer.
