PHP 20,000 (about 400 USD) Build

Please help me find parts for a PHP 20,000 build (about 400 USD) that I'm going to make.

 

PC's gonna be used for Chrome (lol), Office apps, some Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere (not that much), and CS:GO.

 

In CS:GO, I could play at all low at 800x600 or 1024x768 as long as it doesn't stutter and fps doesn't dip below 80 in smoke.

I've heard bad things about AMD CPUs nowadays. Could you do an Intel alternative?

The lowers price of  GTX 950's here are about <170 USD for a Zotac model.

That's bullshit. Your build is obviously a budget build and AMD CPUs are perfect for those. You're gonna have a dual core Pentium if you want an Intel version. I don't recommend it.

 

Lower that GPU to a 750Ti if you can't afford it. Better yet, maybe a R7 370?

Thanks! Would any brand of GPU do? The cheapest GTX 950s that I could find are Palit and Zotac models. Zotac has a higher GPU clock, so should I go for it?

 

Also, PSU options are very limited here. Would a Corsair VS650 do the trick?

I'd rather not get that PSU, it's very low tier. Any SeaSonic or XFX models?

Cheapest SeaSonic is a 520W one for 68 USD, 620W for 72 USD.

Depends. Try to aim for a Antec High Current Gamer. Earthwatts Green is the last option I'd take.

For the Monitor, you can get either the  LG 20M37D 19.5 inch LED or the  BenQ VL2040AZ 19.5″ Wide LED which costs P3,900

The only ones I would get is a XFX PSU. Or a cheap Antec Earthwatts Green (and that's scraping the bottom of the barrel).

Can you do me a 300 or 350 USD build? The prices are grossly inflated here in the PH. I, too, don't want to let go of the SeaSonic PSU.
