Looking for headsets suitable for customer service.

So I'm looking for a headset that's suitable for customer service.
I've got no idea where to start looking but here are the requirements:

Need to have a microphone (Obviously)

Cheap

Combo-jack so they can be used with a phone (Not sure if this is only gonna happen with the typical in-ears)

On-ear / Super light-weight.

 

Anyone know anything about this stuff? Please enlighten me!

THe hardest thing about this is the combo jack im afraid

 

I can recommend a couple of them, but none with the combo jack (Most are USB now a days).

Seriously an Xbox One headset. Cheap, Lightweight, combo jack. It covers one ear and get quite loud.

So this ones are a combo jack. You cant go wrong with sennheiser audio-wise.

If you want some cheaper ones, get the H340s from logitech. But the mic isnt as good
