Before my sens was 2.15 at 400 DPI. I just did 2.15 x 400 and got 860. So 860/10000=0.086

Here's an equation for those that can't figure it out:

OS = Old Sens, OD = Old DPI, NS = New Sens, ND = New DPI

(OS x OD) / ND = NS

You're part of the minority. To each their own though.

You should try it, and my DPI Index whatever you call it is 860 so if you use that number to identify sens I wouldn't be idk what I'm saying

Don't you get negative acceleration, though? I'm sure it depends solely on the sensor as well iirc.

I can't type properly. Being sleep deprived sucks.

Anyway, I know your resolution has some effect on this as well. I take it you're using a higher resolution, correct? I personally play with 1024 with black bars.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

800dpi and in-game sens 1.98 and I have to say that it fits me the best. I'm used to move only a little bit with mouse whilst playing. On the other hand when I see pros playing they need a lot of space for their mouses.

800x2.12=1696.  I might lower my sens if I get a bigger mousepad.

Unranked, only have 5 comp wins.

I play with 1000 DPI and 0.8 in game, 800 effective.

Mouse is a Logitech G303, just bought one yesterday to try it versus my G502.

I think I like the G303 more, it seems so much lighter.

It was only $50 so I figured I'd get it and try it out.  It's a lot lighter than the G502, so I'm already liking it a lot.

The G502 is really nice, but honestly it's annoyingly heavy if you play games for extremely long periods of time at low DPI.

Also sorry to get the thread off topic but how does that cpu handle the 980ti? Just wondering if I should bother OCing my 6500 (I have a 380)

Seems fine so far, haven't played to many strenuous games yet though.

I really only bought it as a stop-gap til I can find a good 6700k.  Trying to find one that does 4.8-5 at ~1.45v or less that has Ln2 or subzero results if I can, but it's been a bit difficult so far.  I had found one that did 5 Ghz XTU @ 1.41v on watercooling, and 6.15 Ghz XTU on Ln2, but it already sold.

Plus I wanted to run XTU benchmark on it to get HWBOT points:

I seem to go between sensitivities. There are days that one sens. feels off, but by adding or subtracting a few tenths I can make it work. FWIW, I play on 4:3 stretched 1024x768.

Mouse: Finalmouse 2015

DPI: 400

In-Game: 1.4-1.75

Windows: 6

Raw Input: ON

Mouse Accel.: OFF

840 eDPI

400 DPI @ 2.1 Sens

For AWP I use an even lower sens, 0.7 zoom sens ratio. I tend to flick a lot so a nice low sens helps me keep my shots stable.

Changed it up to date, I just remembered my setting being different than they were.

400 DPI * 1.8 in game sensitivity

= 720

Current rank is DMG

Currently using the G502 with the Razer Goliathus Control Large, but picking up a G303 today.

Some guy called my office, trying to sell me computers. I just said "oh you mean those little box's with the tv on top? Yeah, our accountant has some". He promptly gave up and hung up the phone lol

Using the current Logitech 600 I range from 900 2500( most common daily) 3000 dpi @ 1k HZ the lowest I'll rarely use unless playing fps and sniping from range. With a Razer Goliathus Control normal and wide edition mouse pad. After using the Razer Naga for years of WoW playing I can't seem to toss the mouse set up, I end up using this mouse for more than gaming and quick short cuts with all its keys. It's my key factor much like my new and current G710+ from my now glitchy Razer Lycosa, take that Linus >=) punned back.

I haven't changed this set up for a while ever since my Logitech 500 (first gaming mouse) I use to be within the range of 800-1.5k. @ 1k HZ
