I'm afraid you are wrong dear sir. You require 512GB ram, Xeon E5-2699 v4 (22 core 2GHz).  And of course Titan X Quad SLI.

I'm going to give my own input on this as I actually own the game and just tested it.

My system can be seen on my profile, and I was able to maintain 80 to 100FPS with the settings outlined below.

What's the impact of low rez shadows though? Still banging fps for i5 though.

I re-ran the benchmarks with some additional settings enabled in the Advanced Graphics options. I'll be attaching some screenshots displaying the settings along with text files of my runs(including the last one).
