6700K with NH-D15 temps

First off, I ran Realbench for about 10 minutes on stock clock (4.0GHz@1.280V) and the max temp was 70C. Then I tried some overclocking (4,5GHz@1.325V) and the max temp was raised to 83C during a 6 min run. This feels really high imo. Right now it's idling at roughly 35C.

My other components are: 

Sapphire 390X, Fractal Design R5 with 2 fans (one front one back), EVGA G2 750W, Z170-A

I did notice that the voltage went up to 1.365 according to HWinfo64 and 1.402 according to HWmonitor. 

Thoughts?
